About our sessions:
Each session is 55 minutes long.
Your first session will be a fitness analysis. This includes a
Posture, Alignment and Gait analysis. You will experience a workout
specifically designed to enhance your body.
We will also give you a set of movements you can take with you to enhance your study and help you see quicker results.
Our teachers actually listen to what
